Lenovo Speaker Series at RTP Campus: Cyber Security, Big Data, and AI

Cyber security, big data, and artificial intelligence are hot topics right now in the IT industry and business world. These topics will be front and center during a speaker series this month at Wake Tech. Computer giant Lenovo is sponsoring the speaker series which will be held at the RTP campus in Morrisville. The goal is to expose Wake Tech students and members of the community to these cutting-edge technologies. The Lenovo Speaker Series consists of three sessions: Cyber Security, Wednesday, October 17 - an ethical hacker offers a bird’s eye view into the complex and constantly evolving cyber security world. Big Data, Monday, October 22 - learn how the explosive growth in data available to businesses is creating new challenges and driving a need to transform IT architectures. Artificial Intelligence (AI), Thursday, October 25 - this talk will introduce basic concepts of AI, and offer real world examples of how it may change society and the business world.
