At SQL Server Live!, we want to help DBAs, analytics experts, systems administrators, and developers like you do more with your SQL Server and Microsoft/Azure Data Platform investments. We want to help you improve performance, get insights from your data, step up security, and take advantage of new features across the platform. We want you to master reporting, BI, data integration, and developer tools and techniques. We will show attendees how to adopt new techniques, improve old approaches, explore and visualize their data, modernize SQL Server infrastructure and weigh its cloud migration. We teach and demonstrate how to integrate cloud-based data services, run SQL Server technology in the cloud, use Power BI and Analysis Services, and plan for SQL Server recovery and availability.

PASS Data Community Summit is the go-to conference for data professionals to connect, share, and learn with peers and industry leaders. Summit happens in the Fall in Seattle, WA, and runs over 5 days, November 13-17. There are two days of Pre-Cons on Monday and Tuesday, and three days for the main conference Wednesday through Friday. ACI is excited to announce that the 4th edition of the distinctly interactive Forum on FCPA Data Analytics will be taking place in Washington DC. The U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division, updated its Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Program in March 2023, with renewed expectations for companies to use data analytics and testing. However, the government expectations remain unclear. With Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) enforcement risk intensifying across industries, companies are uncertain whether their compliance programs will meet government scrutiny, or whether they will face costly penalties.
