Dashbot Launches Conversational Data Cloud™ to Provide a Centralized View of All Chatbot Data

Dashbot | July 04, 2022

Dashbot, a conversational AI and data platform, today announced the launch of its proprietary Conversational Data Cloud™, letting customers build and optimize their chatbots from their businesses’ own conversational data. Dashbot’s Conversational Data Cloud™ turns unstructured, noisy, interrelated and often tangled conversational data into immediate action. Across an ever-increasing number of communication channels (contact centers, support tickets, social media, IVR, live chat, etc), a business can get up to three million customer messages per day. The pandemic has significantly accelerated this flood of customer communications. In addition, the complexity of human language makes it impossible to predict every way users will speak with bots. As a result, over 50% of chatbot sessions fail. Optimizing existing bots can reduce failure rate by up to 35% and reduce escalation rate by up to 57%. Dashbot’s Conversational Data CloudTM enables businesses to: Centralize all conversational data including chatbot transcripts, Zendesk, email and live agent voice calls. Decipher tens of thousands of daily conversations and transcripts. Group similar messages and topics to determine areas of failure and opportunities for new use cases, leveraging its proprietary machine learning algorithms. “We’re expanding beyond reporting and analytics to be able to ingest raw conversational data which can be difficult, but also very valuable for our customers,” said Andrew Hong, CEO of Dashbot. “We’re on a mission to decipher language, which is one of the most complex types of data that has ever existed. We listened to our customers that are challenged to make sense of all their conversational data, so we built our Conversational Data Cloud™ to help businesses automate, analyze and optimize their conversation channels.” Dashbot’s Conversational Data Cloud™ is powered by three core features: Transcript Transformer: Ability to search and categorize thousands of daily transcripts DashbotML: State of the art machine learning models hypertuned from over 10 billion conversations. Topic Modeling to visualize flow and conversation loops. Phrase clustering (message grouping) to identify new use cases and unhandled topics. Automated Training Data: Export messages as training data to optimize NLP model. One Dashbot customer example is Intuit. With QuickBooks Assistant having so much unstructured data, they were spending days trying to manually identify mishandled or unhandled intents. In turn, their customers were getting annoyed with inaccurate responses and escalation to a live agent. They were able to leverage Dashbot’s Conversational Data CloudTM to benchmark the current state of their chatbots, and then identify and prioritize the highest impact tactics to improve. About Dashbot Dashbot is a conversational AI and data platform helping businesses to build and optimize their interactive voice response and chatbots. With Dashbot’s Conversational Data Cloud, the company is turning the most unstructured, noisy, interrelated and often tangled conversational data into immediate action. They are the only company to surface patterns with mishandled and unhandled intents to improve NLP engines, leveraging their proprietary Conversational Data Cloud™. Dashbot works with leading enterprises such as Intuit, Expedia, Geico, Google and Travelers, among many others.

Syniti Announces New Data Quality and Catalog Capabilities to Help Deliver Clean, Actionable Data

Syniti | September 15, 2022

Syniti, a global leader in enterprise data management, today announced new data quality and catalog capabilities available in its industry leading Syniti Knowledge Platform, building on the enhancements in data migration and data matching added earlier this year. The Syniti Knowledge Platform now includes data quality, catalog, matching, replication, migration and governance, all available under one login, in a single cloud solution. This provides users with a complete and unified data management platform enabling them to deliver faster and better business outcomes with data they can trust. Trustworthy data is critical for the decisions businesses must make to reduce risk, drive competitive advantage and deliver bottom-line growth. According to Gartner® research, "Significant data quality issues remain a key impediment for organizations' digital initiatives. Failure to address data quality issues for critical use cases puts organizations at a disadvantage delivering business value and has severe consequences."1 Historically, in order to get better data, companies would have to buy multiple, point-based solutions like heavy data catalog tools that require massive teams to build and maintain or data quality solutions that only identify problems, rather than helping fix issues. This approach is expensive, unnecessarily complex and does not address the data needs of today's businesses. With the Syniti Knowledge Platform, customers now have a unified solution to address the data needed to drive critical business objectives now and in the future. The same Gartner research states that, "From an end-user perspective, organizations are attracted to [unified data management platforms] this option as well, anticipating improved total cost of ownership due to less integration and maintenance between data quality solutions and adjacent applications."1 Gartner, The State of Data Quality Solutions: Augment, Automate and Simplify , Melody Chien, Ankush Jain, 15 March 2022 Each enhanced component of the Syniti Knowledge Platform includes significant new functionality, updates and enhancements, all of which are amplified by their integration. With these new combined capabilities, organizations will benefit from: More efficient data management: From data identification through to resolution, stakeholders can collaborate in one platform. With a single catalog that underpins all data management activities, data activities can be reused across multiple projects helping drive faster and cheaper data management initiatives. Better resourcing & improved business processes: Linking data management and quality to business outcomes improves processes and decision-making while also helping to ensure more bang-for-their buck when it comes to allocating time and resources. Data quality issues with the greatest impact are automatically detected and KPI improvements are tracked over time with smart remediation pipelines. Faster ROI & savings potential: The Syniti Knowledge Platform offers hundreds of proven, out of the box data quality rules and reports and business outcome-related dashboards, which can help users discover millions of dollars in savings. Rules created in data migrations can be used for ongoing data quality, saving time and enforcing compliance. Knowledge re-use can help reduce future data projects by 50%. "Data quality isn't a one-time event. Organizations need a unified approach that enables them not just to rapidly find bad data, but to efficiently fix it and sustain that high quality to drive continuous, ongoing value. The Syniti Knowledge Platform's new capabilities allow our users to leverage a more efficient, interconnected and user-friendly platform in a way that's directly tied to business outcomes and objectives." Jon Green, Vice President, Product Management, Syniti Kevin Campbell, CEO, Syniti, said: "Poor quality data pollutes the entire organization, negatively impacting business operations and wasting time, money and resources. We have purpose-built a data platform to drive business value as opposed to the many siloed solutions that treat data quality as purely a technical exercise. We want our customers to spend more time drawing insights from trusted data versus finding and fixing data problems." Allan Coulter, global chief technology officer for SAP Services, IBM said: "The strategic important of clean, high-quality data cannot be overstated – it is critical to any business modernization effort and to unlocking potential from future analytics and insights. It is exciting to see the new capabilities Syniti is adding to its Syniti Knowledge Platform to help customers succeed in their transformation journeys." New CGI Sense360 data analytics platform improves situational awareness for disaster rescue teams

CGI | July 27, 2022

CGI announces CGI Sense360, its cloud-based, smart analytics platform that gives emergency responders holistic and accurate situational awareness in the event of a disaster. Using comprehensive data sources and augmented reality, the platform creates a visual situation overview that helps organizations more efficiently organize and accelerate rescue operations. Whether a disaster is caused by natural or human hazards, up-to-date information is critical to safe and successful rescue efforts. CGI Sense360 creates a holistic picture of a disaster using data from a variety of sources across the ecosystem, such as satellites, drones and maps; infrastructure, geospatial, weather and environmental data; and online databases, blogs and social media. The platform's integrated and secure communications system combines augmented reality, situational images and other data to create a visual overview that is shared with emergency responders in a context-aware manner to enable faster, safer rescue operations. International aid organization I.S.A.R. (International Search and Rescue) in Germany is a project partner in the design and development of CGI Sense360. I.S.A.R. is certified by the United Nations for international rescue operations. "We provide international assistance in humanitarian missions; for example, after natural disasters and accidents or in war zones," says Dr. Steven Bayer, Project Coordinator at I.S.A.R. "The immediate availability of detailed situation images and current data is crucial for efficient, rapid rescue measures. And, it is precisely this information that the new cloud-based data analytics platform CGI Sense360 can provide." Development of the platform also is supported by the European Space Agency (ESA). CGI space experts have worked closely with the ESA for about 40 years, including in Bochum and Darmstadt, Germany. CGI's current projects include the development of a centralized "pooling and sharing" system for secure satellite communications services. "In rescue operations, analog processes still dominate in many cases. "However, an exact situation picture and an unrestricted flow of information are indispensable in the event of a crisis or disaster. In addition, the time factor is important. With CGI Sense360, we offer a high-performance, intelligent and secure platform that meets these criteria. It delivers all the information needed for time-critical coordination and relief operations in near real-time. We see a very large market potential for our new platform, which takes the benefits of digitalization a decisive step forward." Stefan Wichert, Senior Vice President of CGI's operations in Northern Germany CGI Sense360 initially is designed to support disaster rescue teams, for example, in war zones or in the event of terrorist attacks, accidents, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods and forest fires. The solution draws upon CGI's extensive experience in supporting clients globally with natural disaster planning and recovery programs. This includes developing wildfire mapping services using artificial intelligence and space data for the ESA, delivering England's Future Flood Forecasting System, and working with U.S. states and territories to deploy data management systems for administering natural disaster recovery programs. CGI continues to develop the CGI Sense360 solution for additional situational awareness scenarios, such as for the military, police and fire departments, and organizations with critical infrastructure such as utilities, airports and container terminals. About CGI Founded in 1976, CGI is among the largest independent IT and business consulting services firms in the world. With 88,500 consultants and professionals across the globe, CGI delivers an end-to-end portfolio of capabilities, from strategic IT and business consulting to systems integration, managed IT and business process services and intellectual property solutions.
