BigID | November 30, 2022
BigID, the leading data platform that enables organizations to know their enterprise data and take action for privacy, security, compliance, and governance, today announced an expanded partnership with Wiz, the leading cloud security platform that rapidly enables customers to find and remove critical cloud risks. Wiz and BigID bring together Cloud-Native Application Protection (CNAPP) and Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) to reduce cloud risk and accelerate cloud security strategies.
The partnership enables customers to continuously monitor for critical data exposure to help prevent breaches. Customers can take a data-driven approach when automating security controls in the cloud: making it easy to prioritize risk management based on deep data insight, with the granularity customers need to both protect data and enable secure analytics.
With this integration, customers can automatically discover their data across their entire data ecosystem, prioritize vulnerable data, and mitigate potential attacks based on recommended best practices and playbooks.
Wiz and BigID accelerate visibility and data protection in the cloud:
Automatically discover, identify, and classify their most sensitive and vulnerable data
Identify which data stores are exposed to the internet or have other cloud risks like misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, and overly permissive identities, and alert on potential exfiltration paths.
Improve their security and compliance posture by prioritizing high risk data, continuously assessing and enforcing security and business policies, and blocking the attack path to sensitive data.
"BigID's deep data discovery and actionable insights empowers customers to proactively protect and govern their structured and unstructured data across the public cloud, SaaS, and data center. "Our partnership with Wiz gives their CNAAP customers deeper, wider and more granular data visibility and control."
Dimitri Sirota, CEO at BigID
"Together with our integration and partnership, customers gain visibility and context to solve a broader set of security use cases such as preventing and investigating data breaches, complying with privacy requirements, enabling secure analytics, deleting duplicate and ROT (redundant, obsolete, and trivial) data and more," said Assaf Rappaport, CEO at Wiz.

MiniTool Software Limited | December 20, 2022
MiniTool Software Limited has released the new MiniTool Power Data Recovery 11.4, professional data recovery software for Windows. In this new update, MiniTool Software added a new Search box in the scan results interface, improved the disk scanning speed, and fixed the bug that the status displayed is incorrect when selecting files.
Added a New Search Box in the Scan Results Interface
One big change in MiniTool Power Data Recovery 11.4 is that there is a brand-new search box in the scan results interface. This new search box is located on the top-right side of the scan results interface and it is available when the scanning process ends completely.
Usually, a lot of files will appear in the scan results interface after scanning the specified drive or disk. However, finding the needed files from the displayed paths take a lot of effort. To save time, users can enter a file name into the search box to directly locate the target file. Be aware that any extra or missing space in the filename can affect search results. MiniTool Power Data Recovery 11.4 will show a No Result Found prompt if no related file is found.
By viewing the upgrade history of MiniTool Power Data Recovery, we can find that MiniTool has been devoted to updating this software interface for a year. Now, this software has been completely revamped, giving users a more flexible user experience.
Fixed the Bug that the Status Displayed Is Incorrect when Selecting Files
In the scan result interface, the file check box has three states: unselected, all selected, and partially selected. In the previous version of MiniTool Power Data Recovery, a partial selection might appear as a full selection. MiniTool Software has noted this issue and fixed it in MiniTool Power Data Recovery V11.4. This issue will not confuse users anymore.
Improved the Disk Scanning Speed to Quickly Find Needed Files
Scanning the selected drive or disk takes time. The larger the disk and the more files it has, the longer it will take for MiniTool Power Data Recovery to finish the whole scan. MiniTool Software keeps continuously improving the disk scanning speed and has made big progress in this new update.

Clarivate | December 06, 2022
Clarivate Plc, a global leader in providing trusted information and insights to accelerate the pace of innovation, today announced the inclusion of linked specialty pharmacy claims data within real world data solutions. The new U.S. dataset will expand the real world data and analytics offerings from Clarivate. Researchers can access an in-depth view of high-cost medications and valuable insights into the patient's treatment journey in chronic, complex and rare diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis (e.g., Humira, Enbrel), inflammatory conditions (e.g., Dupixent, Otezla), and cancer (e.g., Xgeva, Xeloda).
Specialty drugs cover at least 20% of the market for chronic, complex and rare diseases. However, conventional claims data warehouses rarely include these high-cost medications, which limits the research potential of numerous diseases. Specialty pharmacy data enables life sciences professionals to:
Track specialty drug uptake and understand market dynamics (market and launch analytics)
Build brand-level patient profiles (brand analytics, patient journey)
Measure non/adherence and switching patterns (persistency and adherence analysis)
Target and appropriately engage prescribers and providers (commercial targeting)
Researchers can leverage this real-world dataset to make evidence-based decisions -- developing successful strategies, optimizing commercial resources, and defining the right activities and messaging to improve patient outcomes.
"Clarivate is committed to supporting customers across the drug, device and diagnostic lifecycle with timely, fit-for-purpose real world data solutions. The addition of integrated, high-capture specialty pharmacy data to the Clarivate portfolio further expands the set of questions that can be answered in the data by reducing fragmentation and bias and providing a more holistic view of the patient."
Matt McKinley, VP, Head of Real World Data & Analytics
The specialty pharmacy data covers over 500 specialty drugs spanning diverse therapeutic areas. The data enables a holistic analysis of complex clinical profiles reducing the need for additional data mapping or processing. The unique data and insights are updated weekly, allowing users to track changes in clinical pathways, product uptake and market dynamics.
