BigID launches Data Insights Studio to close the gap between insight and action

BigID | April 08, 2022

BigID
BigID, the leading data intelligence platform that enables organizations to know their enterprise data and take action for privacy, security, and governance, today launched Data Insights Studio, a new capability that provides rich and insightful reporting and analytics about the state of data across the entire organization.

Data Insights Studio gives privacy, security, and governance teams the power to create rich, insightful, and actionable reporting best suited for their organization and easily monitor relevant metrics to better assess the progress of their data initiatives. Data Insights Studio seeks to close the gap between insight and action so that teams have the speed to make the best decisions about their data.

BigID Data Studio enables organizations to know when and where to take action on their data through accurate reporting and analytics. Capabilities include:

  • Driving proactive executive decision-making with actionable insights about data security, privacy, and governance initiatives.
  • Actively monitoring trends, metrics, and important KPIs over time while also allowing for forecastability.
  • Empowering users through self-service, configurable reporting, and alleviating the burden off of IT admins.
  • Centralizing data intelligence holistically for organizations with global data footprints.

"Data Insights Studio brings a whole new meaning to data intelligence. We're giving customers the power to visualize their data like never before. We strongly believe that providing easy and customizable reporting of how metadata changes over time and across multiple sites, as well as an ability to analyze trends and monitor critical KPIs, is the key to facilitating and accelerating better data management and value on data across the organization."

Nimrod Vax, Co-Founder and Head of Product at BigID

Reporting can take on various forms and provides immense value to help illustrate the direction and progress of initiatives. Unfortunately, developing proper executive reporting that addresses the needs of an organization can be nuanced and cumbersome. IT teams are often required to manually create reports and analytics to fit their needs, a method that not only fails to scale well but also lacks proper speed and accuracy to drive the right decisions.

Data Insights Studio aims to close the gap between insight and action so that IT teams have the agility to act on their data with certainty.

Eccovia Launches ClientInsight, an AI-Powered Data Warehouse to Improve Social Service Delivery

Eccovia | July 26, 2022

Eccovia, a leading provider of cloud-based SaaS solutions for the health and human services sector, announces the release of an unprecedented data warehouse and community-analytics platform, ClientInsight. ClientInsight is hosted in Microsoft Azure and is a premier solution for data quality, performance, and actionable insights. Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, our nation’s most vulnerable populations have faced adverse outcomes to their social determinants of health. In addition to a new pathogen in the public, domestic violence increased, as did homelessness. Data availability became a national topic of conversation as COVID-19 case counts rose, and there was never a greater need for increased access to timely data in the realm of social services. We now know the result of data that is incomplete, siloed, or “stale.” Data has to be available when needed, and the inequities in data availability were highlighted by the pandemic, as were the needs to address systemic issues in care coordination. With the launch of ClientInsight, social-services dashboards and data from across communities can integrate into a single source of truth, leading to a more holistic approach to addressing the needs of vulnerable populations, true coordinated entry, and effective care coordination. ”ClientInsight is really the first-ever platform that will be able to help tie organizational data, collected every single day, to outcomes and progress that providers hope and expect to see. This is a true gamechanger that will allow community providers to set and meet more ambitious goals in their respective fights to end society’s most pressing issues.” CEO, Carl Champagne Data-privacy laws require secure access points to client data, yet networks that serve multiple populations must be able to share this data between organizations for care coordination. ClientInsight closes the gap between data privacy and care coordination, allowing providers to serve their clients' needs with a more knowledgeable, integrated level of care. About Eccovia Eccovia provides industry-leading software platforms for case management and community care coordination for state agencies, community-based providers, and other human-service entities. The platforms help caseworkers and care providers collaborate across physical, behavioral, economic, and social determining factors that impact individual and community health outcomes.

Skykit Survey: Sharing Data Dashboards Broadly with Employees is Challenging, but Reaps Big Rewards

Skykit LLC | July 14, 2022

The survey found that when IT managers invest in sharing data visualizations via digital signage, nearly three-fourths can tie the solution directly to ROI, with 81% saying it contributed to increased employee engagement, 67% to faster movement of goods, and 58% to reduced time spent on maintenance. Of those sharing data dashboards on digital signage solutions, 32% said their solution can update data across the enterprise in real time, while 39% said the tool updated data every minute. The most popular methods for sharing data visualizations do not support real-time data updates, as indicated by the survey respondents. Of those responding, 42% still share graphics using USB drives and another 42% email graphics. At this time, only 40% of companies share their data via broadcast tools, like digital signage, some of which have real-time update capabilities. “The shift to sharing data visualizations via digital signage is underway, and the results speak for themselves – more than four-fifths of users have more engaged employees. “Whether dashboards are shared in the boardrooms, the breakrooms, or the warehouse floor, we’re seeing that true ROI is tied to the ability to share data dashboards in real time.” Irfan Khan, Skykit CEO Still, IT managers say some digital signage providers aren’t quite meeting their expectations for broadcasting data dashboards. 97% of users said they eliminated a potential solution during the sales process based on the provider’s weak security protocols. Security challenges will increase as more businesses look to return to the office post COVID-19. Nearly two-thirds, 60%, said they will need to share real-time updates with remote and hybrid workers. Businesses will also look to invest more in screens to modernize their workspaces, with 47% saying they will purchase new screens to increase employee engagement, and 36% looking to communicate business-critical information via screens throughout the enterprise. “We know from the findings that users need their digital signage tools working as quickly as possible, with as few additional investments as possible,” Khan said. “It’s on providers to ensure we’re safely and efficiently rolling out signage technology – getting solutions live quickly, with easy integration into existing data visualization tools.” About Skykit LLC Skykit is a leading provider of workplace experience tools and cloud-based digital signage solutions that streamline customer and employee communication.
