CallRail Announces Launch of Google Analytics 4 Integration

On February 14, 2023, CallRail, a leading intelligence platform for organizations of all sizes, announced that it has launched its Google Analytics 4 (GA4) integration and is now available to all clients. Google stated last year that as of July 1, 2023, it will transition from tracking sessions to events, adding that all customers who still need to update their websites will no longer get traffic data at that time. Since historical data from Universal Analytics will be unavailable after this date, organizations must upgrade their Google Analytics integration several months before the change.

The CallRail Google Analytics 4 Integration provides organizations with a more comprehensive approach to recording and analyzing call data in Google Analytics, providing greater insight into visitor interactions than ever before. Marketers can now access call tracking data alongside other granular visitor events, all in standard and customized Google Analytics 4 reports. In addition, the integration delivers many custom parameters for each event, allowing customers to create custom reports based on call duration, tags, and whether the caller was a qualified lead.

Businesses may use CallRail's Google Analytics 4 Integration to:

  • View CallRail call tracking data with their other offline and online customer journey data to comprehensively view what behavior motivates online visitors to call.
