CompStak and RealPage Announce Data Partnership

CompStak
CompStak, a statewide source of commercial real estate lease comps, sales comps, and property information, announced today new data integrations with RealPage, a prominent worldwide provider of real estate software and data analytics. Customers of CompStak currently have access to select RealPage data covering the multifamily housing sector, in addition to their current office, retail, and industrial data.

As a result of the connection, CompStak clients will be able to license RealPage multifamily data and examine it inside the CompStak platform. This information, which comprises floor plan and unit mix details, asking and effective rent for each floor plan and unit type, trends, and other property-level statistics, will be available via CompStak's lease comp search, property pages, and Analytics Suite. Customers of CompStak can actively compare their assets against the market, make purchase choices, and access RealPage multifamily data for research and forecasting without leaving the CompStak site.

"Our clients have continued to diversify their portfolios to include properties in several asset classes and have sought to understand the market dynamics of every asset class in one place. Multifamily data has been the number one request from those clients, and we couldn't be happier to partner with RealPage, the industry leader in this area."

Michael Mandel, Co-Founder & CEO of CompStak

Michael Mandel further added, "From the time that RealPage first invested in CompStak, we had aspirations to find exciting ways to work together. We are eager to see how CompStak users combine datasets to drive value for their portfolios."
