TOPRESULTS. 37% attribute the convergence to the changing role of IT. ~34% point to the creation of new organizational structures and business models as the reason for IT convergence. OTHERRESULTS. 28% are converging systems to create a steering committee. 15% are creating a new C-level position. 22% are engaging in all of these actions; whereas 17% cite no change.
