Anodot and Coralogix Collaboration Pushes Log Analytics to New Heights in Automation

Anodot, an autonomous business monitoring company, and Coralogix, a leading observability platform, have collaborated to deliver an optimized system that tracks business processes and activities more quickly and efficiently than ever before.

The combination of Anodot's business monitoring and Coralogix's data platform allows customers to significantly change how they use data to identify and remediate problems that they would have ignored otherwise while addressing log management autonomously. Payoneer, Inc., the digital payment and commerce-enabling network that drives growth for millions of small businesses, marketplaces, and enterprises - including Amazon, Google, and Walmart - throughout nearly 200 countries and territories, is one of those clients.

Payoneer provides merchants with a range of services that includes cross-border transfers, working capital, tax solutions, risk management, and payment orchestration.

Payoneer, which has over five million users globally, tracks millions of business and technical indicators to ensure that their payment portal runs smoothly. Previously, they relied on standard tracking and log processing tools, which took at least 24 hours to fix and had a high false-positive rate. Payoneer combined Anodot and Coralogix to speed up the automated payment process and enhance customer experience.

“This integrated solution is a game-changer for us,” said Yuval Molnar, Payoneer, Inc.'s senior director of production services. “We have over 1,000 services and will need to know their actions to protect our customers. As a result, we track all logs and find errors and false positives on our own. Anodot allows you to zoom in on specific Coralogix logs that display the root cause. This has reduced our time to resolution by 90%, which is a game-changer.”
