Snowflake Makes a Strategic Investment in Dataiku to Allow Businesses to Drive Value through Advanced Analytics in the Data Cloud

Dataiku and Snowflake work together to provide enterprise-ready AI capabilities that allow customers to effectively develop, launch, and track all forms of data science projects, including machine learning and deep learning.

After the announcement of enhanced collaboration in November 2020, an increasing number of customers have reaped the benefits of the powerful combination of Snowflake's efficiency, near-unlimited scale, and concurrency with Dataiku's machine learning and model management capabilities. Furthermore, Dataiku recently unveiled Dataiku Online with Snowflake, a full Dataiku SaaS offering that is pre-integrated with Snowflake for quick integration of customer data and fast time-to-value for customers.

Further collaboration between Snowflake and Dataiku will allow joint customers to gain accelerated access to new cloud data, which is essential for developing efficient AI-driven applications and resilient processes. The latest investment and strengthened partnership will be enhanced further by Snowpark, Snowflake's first developer experience. Snowpark, which is currently in preview, will enable data engineers, data scientists, and developers to write code in familiar programming languages like Scala, Java, and Python, and then perform workloads like data transformation, data preparation, and feature engineering on Snowflake.
