Zoomdata Unveils Smart Connector for Vertica Advanced Analytics Database

Zoomdata, the developer of a visual analytics platform for big data, has announced the launch of a new Smart Connector for the Vertica Advanced Analytics database from Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE).According to HPE, Vertica was designed to run in enterprise data centers on commodity hardware, across multiple cloud platforms and natively on Hadoop nodes. It can analyze all forms of data, wherever it is stored, to provide a unified analytics platform that is independent of underlying infrastructure.
